Hope R. Moon

Hope R. Moon, 81, passed away on April 30, 2022 at the Dougherty Hospice in Sioux Falls, SD. Hope was born in Chamberlain, SD. She was the daughter of Ulric (Dale) and Oma Waysman. Hope was united in marriage Kenneth L Moon in 1958.

Hope completed her Associate Degree and spent many years in the medical profession. She later started her career in Customer Service and retired from Citibank in Sioux Falls, SD. 

Hope enjoyed attending Church and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoyed reading, gardening, concerts, and filling her home with Christmas decorations. 

Hope is survived by her six children: Bob Moon, Teresa (Dick) Robson, Doug (Char) Moon, Heather (Aaron) Klein, Tim (Angie) Moon, and Craig Moon; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. 

Hope has four siblings: Dale, Wayne, Linda and Janice (Deceased). 

A small memorial is planned for friends and family at her daughter's home at 7708 Ione Ave Sioux Falls SD 57106 on May 6th, 2022 from 5:30-7:30pm.
